Your feedback will help us assess their operational capability, reliability, professionalism and suitability to manage an established $1M+ hospitality operation within a busy community club environment.

The form should take approximately 5 minutes to complete. Your responses will be treated as confidential and used solely for the purpose of evaluating applicants as part of the selection process.
