The Challenge
When ECOFRY first engaged us, they were operating under two separate names—Sydney Recycling Services and Coastal Cooking Oils. In 2023, they expanded their offering to include fresh oil delivery, evolving into a full closed-loop service provider. However, the split branding lacked cohesion, clarity, and failed to reflect their statewide growth or environmental impact. With limited digital presence and inconsistent marketing assets, they needed a strategic rebrand and comprehensive marketing support to unify their identity, communicate their value, and position them for scalable growth.
